comfy beds large room helpful staff
The hotel had comfy beds I appreciated the large room size It also featured good facilities. The staff were accommodating and helpful. I left a necklace in the room after check out and they kindly mailed it to me

spacious room refreshing pool convenient location easy transportation
The rooms were quite spacious. My expectations were exceeded on both occasions. The pool was refreshing! It was easy to walk to the markets. Grabbing a Bolt was simple.
The walls are very thin. I could hear everything next door and in the hallway. It was noticeable.

There are several restaurants nearby. I found many choices within a short walk from the premises. I enjoyed a local place for breakfast costing only 89 bat. A 7-Eleven is conveniently next to the hotel.

a fab stay!
spacious room pool access friendly staff convenient location
The room was super spacious with a balcony! i loved having direct access to the pool. It made morning swims so easy. the staff were so friendly and promptly mailed back a necklace i left behind! i also found the location convenient with restaurants nearby.
the bed was a little firmer than i expected. though i slept well, it might bother some people.

The front office staff were constantly smiling! sara was amazing. She organised island tours and elephant trekking trips. the housekeeping team ensured the rooms remained super clean, so i always had a great experience.

the breakfast buffet had very nice jam! i found many places to eat close by. a 7-eleven right next door also made grabbing quick snacks very easy, and that was a great bonus.

the hotel was very clean. i appreciated having an abundance of towels in the room. the swimming pool is also a nice feature, especially for children, i noticed.

the staff were very helpful and cute, i really appreciated it. i was given a list of local places of interest and restaurants by the staff. the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the market.
